Nick Duan is an Investment Director at GRC, focusing on investments in the automobile, energy, and electronics industries. Previously, he led research, due diligence, and investment efforts in smart, electrification technologies at an automotive CVC. His notable investment deals include Autolink, REPT BATTERO (666.HK), and CVA Chip. Mr. Duan also worked on the Energy and Chemical Industry Team in CITIC Securities' Investment Banking Division, where he completed several major financing and M&A transactions. These include the IPOs of Hungpai (605366.SH), Biwin (688525.SH) and Dynagreen (601330.SH); private placements for Mingyang (601615.SH) and Yuntianhua (600096.SH); and asset acquisitions for Chongqing Three Gorges (600116.SH) and Akcome (002610.SZ). Nick is a CFA charterholder. He obtained his Bachelor's degree from Wuhan University's School of Remote Sensing and Information Engineering and Master's degree from Duke University's School of the Environment.
