Herb Lin is a Venture Partner at GRC and the President of ITIC (Industrial Technology Investment Corporation) with over 26 years of experience in VC investment, high-tech marketing and IC design. Previously, Herb acted as Senior Vice President at WK Technology Fund, AsiaVest Fund and Intel Capital, leading investments in semiconductors, networking, software and biotech across the APAC region. Before becoming a venture capitalist, Herb was the APAC Regional Marketing Manager at Intel Corporation. Herb graduated from National Taiwan University with a Bachelor’s in Bio-industrial Mechatronics Engineering and later received a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Missouri. He was also PhD candidate in Electrical Engineering at Santa Clara University.
