Jasmine Chou is Vice President of Finance at GRC Fund. She has extensive experience in financial strategy, partnership structuring, and corporate governance. She leads GRC’s financial/operational functions and is responsible for overall reporting, planning & forecasting, valuation models, tax, as well as legal and HR responsibilities. Prior to joining GRC Fund in 2012, she worked as an auditor and Vice Manager of internal control consultation at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she worked on numerous IPOs and M&A transactions. Jasmine holds a Master’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Southampton in the United Kingdom.
